I believe in changing the world through fitness.
When I was 11 years old, my coach took me to the weight room to make me a better athlete. That positive experience changed my life. As I pushed myself to be the BEST, a passion was ignited. I had found my calling and decided to dedicate my life to helping people live stronger, healthier lives.
In the gym on a regular basis, people started asking me for help. I began training students as a teenager! Some wanted to build muscle, gain agility, or lose weight.
At 18, I passed the most difficult training certification. The NASM. Since then, I've added the NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certification as well. What can I say? I love motivating people to meet their fitness goals! I currently teach a variety of classes at a big box gym and love working with all kinds of people! I'm experienced in counseling clients in both fitness and nutrition for overall wellness, weight loss, and strength improvement. Call me today for your customized workout and 1 on 1 training!
