1 on 1 personal training

Discover your full potential with one-on-one personal training. One-on-one training is for those wanting a custom workout, expert guidance, motivation, and accountability at every step of their fitness journey. We can focus on one or a combination of:

  • Strength Training

  • Weight Loss

  • Toning

  • Gaining Muscle Mass

  • HIIT Training

Location: In your Home OR a Nearby Outdoor space (There is also an option to train at my home). I have dumbbells, medicine ball, resistance bands, agility ladder, kettle-bells, and more that I can transport if you do not have equipment in your home.

Investment per Session:

  • 60 min session is $50

  • 45 min session is $37

  • 30 min session is $25

  • Packages available upon request

Payment

I accept payment through Zelle/Quickpay and credit cards through Venmo or Paypal - you do not need to set up an account with Paypal to use your credit card.
